Amahlea is a professional photographer with over five years of experience.
Based in Tāmaki Makaurau, Aotearoa. Her practice focuses on the stories of urban Māori and Pasifika communities, weaving together themes of love, pride, and vulnerability. With a broad background spanning weddings, events, and fashion editorials, Amahlea brings both technical skill and creative visual storytelling.
Alongside her photography, she has taught and facilitated visual arts programmes, creating accessible spaces for young people and emerging artists to explore their creativity.
